Day 1: Arrival in Buenos Aires

We will be waiting for you at Buenos Aires Airport. Transfer to your centric hotel.  A brief orientation meeting will be held at the hotel to meet your guide and review the itinerary before setting out on an afternoon tour of the city’s historic neighborhoods. In the late afternoon, we make a stop at one of the city’s finest wine bars and get acquainted with the superb Argentine Malbecs. Get ready for an evening of   Music & Dance at one of Buenos Aires’  most authentic Tango  venues.

Day 2: Buenos Aires

Morning visit to the traditional Recoleta neighborhood, with its sparkling cafes & restaurants.  Later on, bike ride of the Buenos Aires Ecological reservation. Our ride ends by the city’s modern waterfront, where we will have lunch at one of Buenos Aires great steak houses. The rest of the day is yours to walk this amazing city, its museums and parks.

Day 3: Buenos Aires-    Mendoza-  ( Uco Valley )

Morning transfer to Buenos Aires domestic airport to board an early flight to Mendoza. Transfer to Uco Valley and lodge at the exclusive Posada  at  Salentein Winery. Lunch at  Kilka, the Bodega’s Restaurant and Art Space.  Afternoon visit to the Salentein Winery, and your choice of  horseback riding through the Andean foothills, cycling at the vineyards, or just or relax at the lodge, enjoying  superb views of the Tupungato Massif

Day 4: Uco Valley - Visit wineries and different outdoor possibilities

Morning bike to one of the valley’s finest  wineries: Clos de los Siete,  a  joint wine adventure initiated a few years back by the  world famous french winemaker Michel Rolland. Enjoy a typical argentine Asado ( barbecue)  delicious Empanadas (meat pies) and the Bodega`s exquisite blend, while you gaze at the magnificent Andes in the background. Afternoon bike to La Azul, a small Boutique, producer of  outstanding  Malbecs.

Day 5:  Central Valleys of Mendoza – Biking & Wineries

Morning transfer north, to the province’s central valleys. Bike on secondary roads to Catena Zapata Winery. Again on our bikes  to Ruca Malen for lunch at the winery.  Afternoon meeting with Mr. Carmelo Patti, one of Argentina’s most renowned enologists, who will share his wine making  secrets through some  Barrel Tasting of his artisan wines

Lodge at Club Tapiz. Located in an estate built in 1890 and surrounded by ten hectares of vineyards, the house was restored preserving its Renaissance- style Villa structure and maintaining vintage elements.

Day 6: Central Valleys of Mendoza – Biking & Wineries

Morning biking  to award winning winery  Achaval Ferrer.  Only a few years into the market , its wines  consistently  receive  90  +  punctuations in  Wine Spectator.  During today’s lunch we sample the local delicatessen at Almacen del Sur.  Afternoon leisure at the lodge.  Evening visit to centric Mendoza, and farewell dinner at   “ 1884”, where Chef Francis Mallman blends the finest culinary traditions of France and South America.

Day 7: Mendoza-  Buenos Aires

Morning transfer to Mendoza airport to board flights back to Buenos Aires. Transfer from (Bs. As.) domestic to international airport to board flight home / choice of transfer to centric hotel.
