Our staff is prepared to welcome you at Juan Santamaría International Airport. Once you are in the luggage room, you will be identified by a staff member carrying a board with your name. You will received your welcome package and will be transfer to your hotel.
Breakfast. Departure to Monteverde, famous for its cloud forest and an impressive biodiversity. Monteverde Reserve, located at more than 1400mts is the home of one of the most exotic birds: The Quetzal.
After breakfast you will have ample time to discover this mystic zone, where you will visit a Cheese Factory, the butterfly farm, hummingbird gallery and also you can perform some adventure activities such as a canopy tour or hanging bridges tour.
Today you will make your drive to Manuel Antonio. Manuel Antonio National Park has 683 acres with the most beautiful scenery. Surrounded by a tropical forest, it iIs very humid and in its paths you can find an enormous variety of animals such as sloths, raccoons, birds and many other species.
The next two days will be spent at Manuel Antonio beach and National Park. You will have plenty of time to leisure and relax in the Pacific waters. This gem on the Pacific coast has wonderful beaches and a temperate climate.
Today you must bid farewell to beautiful Manuel Antonio. When you are ready you can make your trip back to San José. Your final night will be spent in San José, home to over one third of all Ticos, will give you an insight into the true character of the nation. The city's markets are colorful and vibrant, and its nightlife is as sophisticated (or as debauched) as you want it to be.
San José is also home to a number of galleries and museums, and there are a few neighborhoods in the city still radiating colonial style. The assault on the senses that is Chepe is perhaps your best opportunity for understanding the complexities of modern-day Costa Rica.
After breakfast you may return the car to the closest Rent a Car and from there you will be transferred to the airport for your flight home.
